Deck-O-Seal Mastic Application

Deck-O-Seal, also called mastic, is the rubber based seal between your coping and the deck. Keeping this water tight can save you money. A worn-out seal can allow water to accumulate and cause the deck to shift & settle. If it erodes the soil beneath the deck, the coping and the tile may become loose and eventually separate.

We use a 2-part mixed epoxy compound specifically designed for this job. It’s available in various colors at a cost of $4.50 per lineal foot.
