VA GRAEME BAKER ACT IN EFFECT DECEMBER 20, 2008

Under the VA Graeme Baker Act effective December 20, 2008, you must be in compliance. Compliance requires either split main drains in your pool & spa or some type of electronic vacuum release equipment. There are several types of release equipment available and approved by the County Health Department for San Diego County. We currently are installing IntelliFlo VS SVRS Pumps. These pumps can reduce your electric bill from 50% – 70%. The motors are projected to run 12-15 years as opposed to your current motors lasting about 4-5 years.
